I did email the MD about concerns expressed re the TGA discussion paper. I did receive a very prompt and courteous reply from Paul Anderson who said that he welcomed the discussion paper and added :

"This is a very positive outcome for Orthocell as we are not the type of stem cell treatments that the TGA are looking to further regulate. The main focus for this discussion paper centre around point of care, unqualified stem cell treatments. This style of treatment avoids scrutiny in the current regulations and forms a loop poll for which these treatments operate.

Orthocell holds a license to manufacture Human tissue from the TGA and have complimented this with an application for registration on the Aust. register of therapeutic goods (ARTG) placing us as one of the most advanced stem cell companies. "

I think OCC is in good hands and am happy to remain as a long term holder as the prospects are very positive.
