There is no disputing the end of day rise in price almost every day...

The question though has to be asked...so what? No one knows any more about the granting of licences than any of us here, I think that has been proven without doubt (KCN saying for ages that licences will come soon and then they dont, if they dont know then who does).

The institutions get it wrong a fair bit too and they are basically betting on exactly the same thing as all of us here...will they get the licences or not and if so when? Do the instos have a direct line to the Thai Minister responsible for this? I think not.

With August fast approaching this is a very high risk bet in my opinion but good luck anyway...I still think it will be possible to jump on for a 20% profit after the licences come and I am more comfortable with this rather than taking the risk now...
