    Bad thing is when it gaps up on open. If the 10m shares at 3.2c gets pulled, you would most likely see the retrace at 4c as the base instead.
    The rights issue makes this attractive, the more shares you have, the more you will be able to get for 1.2c as there is only 250m shares on float.
