I believe the first step will be to identify any new fracture zones (naturally occurring ones) identified from sampling chips, logging and monitoring losses while drilling. Then attempt to hydraulically enhance this with the fraccing procedure and monitoring the progress via the the geophones and access the success of this, ie a repeat of what they did in Hab-1 before Hab-2 was drilled. Then if all looks good, drill the neighbouring well to make a pair.
