Thanks for the lead.
In the 2012 final report they went a little further: Net assets of the consolidated group decreased. This decrease is largely due to: Impairment loss on the Clip-on project of $2.77m. The Company has been unable to find a buyer for the product and has decided to fully impair the carrying value.
