No,definitely not pointing the finger at you Bergler.

Imho you are well within your rights to express your dissappointment.You are hardly one to make rash decisions and you would probably agonise over selling any of your GIP more than I would.

Just as I have said previously with a large long term project comes the correct timing in terms of providing the tantalum product when the offtakers require it.There's no point in forcing the likes of HCS and Cabots to "take or pay" when their financial books are so fragile and with banks hardly being receptive to perhaps having to make loans to these ore consumers to pay for such raw materials.

If HCS and Cabots hold large stocks of Ta ore and have been working them down on tight margins then they may well require some up front cash from the banks to make payment on future "take or pay" arrangements.
