There seems to be some misinformation flying around regarding the retrospective aspects of the superannuation changes now in place.
The only retrospective measure I can see is the inclusion of all non-concessional contributions from 2007 in the new lifetime cap of 500k.
Can folks with a better knowledge of this than mine please confirm or refute this.
