    The ex date for return of capital of 1.5c is Monday 23rd November.

    There is a resolution to be passed at the AGM on Friday 20th for the return of capital - it is very likely to get passed imo.

    The share price should be well supported between now and then imo - i grabbed some at 12c today.

    Batavia Mining have good fundamentals and an acquisition could happen at any time given recent statements.

    The sp is also supported by the buy back.
