    I wonder at what the taxation legislation must be like for the majority shareholders, given the vast majority of their holdings would have been acquired at considerably less than 8 cents per share, if the capital return drives the capital cost below zero, it is essentially a dividend anyway. If they are determined to return capital to shareholders, I would prefer it be done in the form of a capital return (than a dividend). Alternatively, as I have proposed on these pages before, an equal access off-market buy-back would make sense to me, in that way it only creates a taxable event if I choose to participate. In any case, the board seems to be consistently thinking hard of ways to improve shareholder return, I am happy to see that - Eternalgrowth
