It seems they do pay dividends after all. Now the big question is: will the dividend payout ratio increase?
They've announced $140m profit for they year pre tax and minority interests. Hard to guesstimate what that will come to as final profit, but assuming $100m, it would be around 10c of earnings per share. Surely, with no major work to do other than receive and manage payments from UOADB, rental property tenants, and UOAREIT, it wouldn't be unreasonable to expect 50% payout or greater?
