    APHID1000 would like the Indiana Board to think about the following way to distribute capital to Shareholders.

    Compulsory Bayback;

    * Indiana currently has 642,732,458 shares on issue.
    * Half the reported cash balance is circa $35 million.
    * The Buyback is at the market price e.g. 8 cents per share.
    * The number of Buyback shares equals 437,500,000 Indiana shares.
    * The ratio of the Buyback equals 0.6807 of a share owned, thus if you owned now 100,000 shares, Indiana would Buyback 68,069 shares and you would receive $5,445.42 in cash. And still own 31,931 shares.
    * Taxation is worked out on a gain or loss using 8c per share.

    THEN IMPORTANTLY Indiana post the Compulsory Buyback would have;
    # 205,000,000 shares on Issue,
    # If we still had half of our stated cash that equals 17c per share,
    # Add our great EL,s we should have a good Mkt Capitalisation.

    Food for thought as this ATO stuff has taken way to long and IMO is not Optimal.
