ATO Submission we were "TOLD" was put in prior to 21 Nov 2024.
Anyway the Buyback as above IMO is way better, as it sets our new path with only circa 200 million shares on issue.
Further:
# if you paid over 8c you get a Capital Loss - to off set against future gains.
# If you paid under 8c and held for a year your tax rate is half of what you would pay for a dividend.
The Return of Capital IMO makes little sense given our current share price.
