    from the ATO" sounds like it's approved for a capital return in some preliminary check from the ATO
    Sounds like with this recent announcement that Indiana will be chasing the full amount and go back into arbitration on a technicality; to retrieve another US$36,880,493 this would be another amazing boost to Share price or another massive dividend... or maybe another return on capital...
