    If the FFX return of funds is going to be as bad as Leo's tax wise, then I vote to find a new MD and buy a small project or business with the proceeds.

    What's the capital account here? Cause I don't want any money back if I'm paying 45 cents on the dollar in taxes on the lot of it.
