    on the investor call the CEO said their hurdle rate for new investment was something like 8%.

    this sounded very low to me.

    do you think return of assets will go up after the capital is used for the new prawn farms?

    what's holding the stock back is low returns on invested capital plus the usual risks of agriculture businesses - is diseases and poor weather events affecting production.
