For whatever reason, they appear to be calculating it as EBITDA/Total Parent Entity Interest in Equity.
The formula is a bit of a contradiction - they've inflated the overall figure by including the profit attributable to outside ownership in the numerator and excluding the equity contributed by this party from the denominator.
