a human right can never be destroyed.

the saying, "rights are being destroyed" is never true.
anyone saying this is incorrect, a liar.
rights may be locked down, quarantined, outlawed, mocked,
if one allows it,
but a right action can always be taken if one chooses to take it.

the problem is few know the correct definition of a human right. That knowledge has been obfuscated. The ignorant ones have allowed incorrectness to take over through unreasonableness and lack of care.
