I am still hoping to hear that we are exercising by end of April to avoid being outbid (ie while we still have exclusivity).... seeing a large bid by another party would ensure we have a genuine "third party" assessment of the market value of TSI ... and at a far higher amount than we are paying would be very nice

At the same time this is only TSI ... we mustn't forget that we are waiting for news of the tie up with Novatti .... and this is within TSN (of which we own 100% already). I also think that if we hear this is progressing then the purchase of TSI must be a certainty ... it is the relationships that TSI have that make the deal so valuable to NOV as well as TSN. And this opportunity could be at far higher margins on a far larger scale than we can ever achieve with physical ATMs.

A few exciting weeks ahead in my opinion.
