    Technically not there yet. A few more cents up and a good close with good volume will confirm. Right now even your favorite MACD indicator says its on a down trend.

    Other indicators like momentum, DM, RSI all pointing down.

    ALthought Psar says you could have bought at 2.35 with a 2.14 stop.

    All in all its not there technically. But knocking on the door
    This is only my view and I could be wrong
