But it may be a different story when any of the several impending announcements are formally made, and an increased demand is stimulated.

Paul and Hot Rod have pointed out that there have been committments made, and reported in the overseas press, by several US cities, and hints of action in other countries. For whatever reason, RDF appears to not announce here until the ink is dry on the contract. Or are they just holding off for two weeks, until their analyst presentations at the ASX? That could put some bubbles in the champagne.
