If I had my way none of those, who went to fight in Syria or with any other non ADF force,would be returning to Australia.If they are allowed back in they should be charged with treason.We do not need a fifth column in Australia.In this present climate every home in Australia should be able to have an SLR for every able bodied person,if they want one.Any future terrorist already has his,or hers.
