    I agree it has been overpriced lately, but if I sell, I am going to pay a good 15% of the proceeds out in GST (even after getting the GST discount), I will not get the GST free $2 capital return nor the fully franked dividend, and I will be hoping for it to drop down enough over the next 12 months so I can buy back in order to justify selling it in the first place.

    Given I think it is a great company with a business, namely Bunnings, that has one of the best business moats available, I am happy to just stick with it and if it gets down into the 40's, I'll just happliy increase my holding. I also think Rob Scott has proven himself to be an outstanding capital allocator.

    I hate selling really good businesses, even when they are overpriced. I just won't buy them when they are overpriced.
