    Yeah its about time for a merger. It is a fashion, after all.

    I was in one trust years ago, they had shops and offices, split them into two specialty trusts and then merged them, did that about 4 times. Great for the lawyers, highly mediocre for the unitholders.

    Deutsche did the same.

    And Westfield.

    And Centro.
