I ended up selling out of RAT at 70c, took a 15% capital loss. I see nothing to stop RAT going below 60c and RJT could join REU in the mid 50c range.
So long as the dividends hold up, then they should be fine. But given the current sentiment regarding REIT's there's no guarantee the 3 rubicon stocks will be able to maintain the dividends.
Eventually market sentiment should turn, but who wants to ride out a further 20% plus loss in the Rubicon trusts?
The 3 should be merged into 1 fund to try and get some economies of scale.
