REU have CRE loans out. the MCP portfolio pays 3.5% interest plus LIBOR.
However, I am not sure what that means....as I was told that it meant that REU gets 3.5% minus libor which is paid to Credit Suisse. Since LIBOR is 1.75% that means REU only get 1.75% profit. Small bickies.
Anybody got some more into on this calculation.?
