Their weighted average margin on the CRE portfolio as at 31 December was 2.15%. This may have decreased if Credit Suisse were able to increase their lending margin above LIBOR and EURIBOR. I agree it's small bikkies ($8m contribution per year and it could make REU go bust) but they're stuck with it now...
