Could be the financials that are holding REU back but I reckon more to do with DIAM selling.
Substantial Shareholder Selling 26-03-08 DIAM Co., Ltd Previous 5.79% New 3.51 11,302,293 shares
Every time sp moves up to 18c they come in and sell.
My view REU better than both RAT & RJT and clearly Ingot Capital thinks so too.
Could be the financials that are holding REU back but I reckon...
