The JR is expected in 2-3 months I can't see any risks in status quo been upturned except if the proper process has not been followed. One possible result could be that the JR sack themselves. It is possible for the JR to conclude that it has no authority to review the Minister's decision even if it is incorrect and the JV dismiss itself! By the way I was impressed by Wong Tuck's performance in his address to a small press. He was assured and in control and not emotional. There was no attack on the court or judge. Smsl always stated they do not challenge the facts as presented to the court and respect the judge's decision. There are very committed and sincere in their pursuit in what they thought is right and is not in a political game.
