Should be relatively simple metallurgy. Neutral pH flotation con containing the nickel, cobalt and some PGE's, whilst depressing the copper, then raise the pH and float a separate copper con with the rest of the PGE's, so they should be able to get separate nickel and copper cons, if there is enough copper to warrant it. Dewater, dry, then truck or rail to Freo, get it on a ship to offtake smelter, probably somewhere in Asia.
If not much copper, they could do a simple bulk flotation con containing the Ni, Co, PGE's.
