Well, it would concern me, this_is_it, if I still had as many THR as I did. I doubt that it will concern too many others in this forum though. Too much blarney and too much baloney. On the other hand,I tend to be ultra conservative with my long-term investments. So far as Australian stocks are concerned I hold long-term positions only in a few banks. The rest are in blue-chip multinationals, such as Citigroup, Macdonalds, Exxon Mobil (companies which have the advantage that you can buy shares directly from them, without having to go through a broker). I like to make speculative money quickly, and then switch in to companies such as these.
