That article was the only bit of news directly relevant to OZL that I could find from reports on the 2012 CESCO copper conference.
I hope something more concrete may follow.
Nevertheless, like you said, together with Romanian foray, it helps paint the picture a little clearer as to what OZL intentions are and their underpinning logic/reasoning.
