    notwithstanding that nothing is formalised yet from a asset acquisition point of view re MM, how will the sale of Matarbe and any associated value realised from its sale be treated.

    Assuming financing for its sale is structured around scheduled completion of OZ/MM asset sales will the benefit still sit within the OZ bracket given that it was not included in the agreement with MM?
