Can't understand the complaining about the company on this thread !! BRM would not do any deals before the new IO price was established, that would be crazy, and as far as the issue is concerned it is a BIG plus, hard to raise that sort of $$$ these days, further, the broker will be working to ensure the vote gets over the line, not much risk that it won't but the higher the SP the more the risk, prudent management IMHO even though a temporary frustration to holders.
