Guess you didn't see ASX announcement released yesterday evening.
"African Lithium company, Prospect Resources Ltd (ASXSC, FRA:5E8) (“Prospect Resources” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to the ASX announcement dated Tuesday, 14 January 2020 it has received the A$968,000 placement proceeds earlier than originally expected. As a result of this the Company resolved to issue the 4.84m new ordinary shares at A$0.20 per share today rather than on Monday, 20 January 2020 as previously disclosed."
