Yeah, the confusing part is ( as @stockrock just reminded me) they appear to allready be talking about using the advanced trial results, to treat moderate classed patients - which I don't think have been included in the advanced trial
In any case, I think the imminent advanced trial readout, will allow us FDA approval to treat the advanced cases, and then somehow we will expand into both moderate and endstage with some more data / results.... possibly avoiding off label.
