It is fishing in the extreme to take one figure and to base your investment thesis on that. Here are some more credible panic & fear inducing theories (none of them true that I know of):
1. Teva has gone cold on Revascor/regenerative medicine/Australian companies/making money (take your choice)
2. There have been major adverse effects in other trials underway, but not yet advised to market
3. JCR has been rebuffed by the Japanese authorities, but not yet advised to market
4. The Prof has been shopping the company around for a quick firesale
5. Another company (or bunch of companies) looks like getting to market with better product in a similar timeframe
Personally I'm trying to balance my fear and greed, and deciding when to top up, and where to get the money from to do so. Feels like a great opportunity but don't want a nasty falling-knife-catching incident.
