A shame some of us never received an invitation to the meeting and associated information as it is a legal requirement.
Anyway I will not interfere and would not have wasted my time voting, but it is very poor behaviour by the company to ignore some of us.
It certainly does not say much about their supposedly new intentions to comply with listing rules.
