    It's enough to make you laugh or cry, what an absolute mess this company is. This is surely worthy of ASIC scrutiny, how the board be so stupid? It's bordering on arrogance really, why even have a vote? They've obviously already sold the company from under us.

    What a complete an utter farce this is.
