I've kept an eye on ALK for quite some time now, and i've been on and off this thread for years, though not much posting.
I give you:
"Grinding is followed by low temperature sulphation roasting in 300 kg/t sulphuric acid. Cooled
roaster product is leached in water and filtered to produce a stable pregnant leach solution (PLS)."

Sulphur fob Vancouver $550-$610
You do the maths.
Sulphuric acid cost at 200ktpa is $30M USD.
It's fully priced from my perspective, though this doesn't take into account any of ALK's other projects.
