    I didn't like the way they refused to mention what the
    issue price of the new shares would be. If the SP
    was around 35c they obviously couldn't dole them
    out for 25c. This way the price will mysteriously
    fall back to the 30c mark then they can get the mates
    away with 25c shares(plus options).
