I have been thinking about your post all arvo.

NOR needs a global budget to build a global teleco.

I would happily support a CR of 12-15 million. It would dilute our shares by up to 50% but lets be honest, who bought NOR for an 8% return ?It's a spec stoc that might return 10 fold or might go bust. If it increases my chances of a 5 fold return I'm in !

With 12 mill they could really market Corona properly and concentrate on the long term view without having the day to day cash flow headache. I have that in my business and it really takes away from any good strategic moves.

The alternative we are facing is being so uncapitalised we are destined never to see NOR step up and become the world player it should be.

Anybody else care to go balls deep and get this baby rockin !
