I tend to agree, if the company cant sign $200k worth of contracts and bring in $3 million revenue (remember, that's gross revenue, not profit - nor even the need to be profitable) then the company shareholders will be in a world of hurt. Non-quoted performance shares just confuse things, especially when the performance milestones are so low.
So realistically, fully diluted at these prices, the market cap is a bit over $40 million - even at these closing price on Friday.
