not wishing to sound like Forlan here....but how do you know that Rim and SMA are still on board. It's not like we'd be given an announcement that they've been let go!
Anyways, I reckon that they are still there beavering away.
I also heard that parties interested in buying TZ had their $10-$15 per share offers flatly refused.
