Sales increased last calendar year......and the owned store showed a higher profit margin....?
They have 70 owned stores outa over 420 in total outlets.......in Oz there are compays which do the same..ie have a few owned store ie outless and a lot of stores within larger retail stores ie...Myers...David Jones...
U are jumpin the gun....suggesting that SBB has ownership costs and will become risky if revenue stagnates..
U drawing an overly pessimistic future.....which has no basis in fact.....because the Facts say...
That sales have been increasein....cashflow has been increaseing....profit has been increasing....and lastly a growth strategy in being pusued to build the company...
A bit harsh because what UR suggesting is relavent to all Retail based businesses...in OZ not restricted to SBB..
To summarise UR general theme...UR basically have the Opinion that SBB will fail...that the CEO will suck the life outa the company and because it is based in China it should not to be trusted....
The exact same opinions/arguments can be pointed at any retailer in OZ....as well plus a much smaller market...
