    Well to be honest the directors are sub par in my opinion and I would like one of them replaced with myself.

    That being said though the directors do not own shares in the other companies that they are involved in so it means nothing to me. If they had 4 directorships and owned shares in all 3 but SBB I may be a little more worried.
