harvest have a fixed cost base of circa 800k per month
this may increase with a few extra staff required to service clients, however the whole pivot to SaaS is the high margin and low fixed cost based associated with this unique business

your estimates are very reasonably and conservative, and only based on 1 vertical as you mentioned

as a further example of revenue projects, ocean infinity bring in circa $500k USD pa recurring to harvest
I believe we have commissioned 1 of the armada vessels to date
construction delays have pushed back the remainder of the fleets however with the world now opening up I expect them to come online quickly
say they release 20 over the medium term with our tech embedded, it's not hard to do the math. this is one customer only!


add fugro who are ocean infinity's biggest competitor - they won't want to get left behind - watch fugro become a huge revenue generator for harvest over the coming years

any defence deal will be in the tens of millions pa one would think

and then add every other vertical that was listed in the recent investor presentation

and add potential revenue from Inmarsat customers ....


obviously this will take time to come to fruition however it doesn't take much vision to see where this company is heading

for now, we place our faith in the team to sell!
