I don't believe specific answers to the questions you're posing will be available until after commercialisation details are announced.

However, speculating based on my understanding of the product and it's use...

The studies have shown 1 application per week to be sufficient but I think patients will use the product for as long as they/their physician believes it is benefiting them, either through to healing or in some cases maybe just inhibiting growth in size...if the product is working positively to any extent it will continue to be used for 6 wks, 12 wks, 24wks....whatever. The studies are/were fixed length to provide an evaluation point.

I imagine it will be sold in syringe type applicators at X ml or similar.

I'm hoping for self-application, but at the very worst trained assistants through to nurses and physicians obviously. I believe it will be used in conjunction with other therapies such as pressure bandages and will be easily applied as part of dressing changes.

I don't expect a "kit" as such, i expect one will purchase X Qty of applicators/syringes which will provide for X number of applications.

Can we put a price on each application? I vaguely recall seeing some speculative figures but could we start with maybe $50 per application? Too high? Too Low?

    $50 x 10 applications $500 per Ulcer?
    $50 x 20 applications $1000 per Ulcer?

    Comments/Corrections more than welcome...

    Speculating only.
