It's hard to value tech stocks because they are all so different. Else, how did Snapchat get to a US$15 billion valuation? XRO did hit $4 billion market cap on $100 million annual revenues some years back and I remembered people saying they are way way overvalued. 1PG did hit a 1 billion market cap momentarily even without announcing any deals with a firm revenue guidance. In the end, what actually matters is if they succeed or fail.
