It seems to me that management were caught short in staff numbers leading into recent months. You may remember that the company was boasting how they did not need strategic personnel on board as they were fully equipped to handle the business? Obviously they were seriously overwhelmed. Let us hope that this has not caused long term reputational damage. On a happier note, directors seem confident that the next six months or so will see some major new clients on board. Let us hope that the business will be geared to service these new clients.
