Is that party based on a closing price being 16 cents, or would it be the 30 day moving average of the closing price being above 16 cents?

It is probably best to set the performance criteria upfront so we all know the target and there is no bickering afterward.

Obviously, the party will be in NSW or QLD and not VIC, perhaps they can attend via video.

Is it soft drinks only or is James providing unlimited champagne? I like red wine.

Do we need to have a minimum shareholding at the Party Grant date?
